Feeling Puffy - Time to Combat Water Retention

I am retaining water again - that seems to be happening a lot. When my time of the month is coming, that is when I am especially susceptible to it. But, I also tend to eat a salty diet - I’ve always loved olives!

I know that water retention probably isn’t responsible for my weight gain, but it is something that is happening wich means that I need to deal with it. Once I get my body into constant state of health, I believe the weight will just fall off.

Here’s what I will do to handle the retention:

  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Take dandelion tincture several times a day - 1 dropperful.
  • Reduce sodium in my diet.
  • Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables

After a few months, I should notice a difference in my water retention.
